5.Qualification
Two years full time, Post Graduate Degree in HR / Personnel Management /
Industrial Relations / Master of Social Work (MSW) / Master of Business
Administration (MBA) / Equivalent Course / Specialization in Human
Resource / Personnel Management from recognized institutions with. Good
academic record. For SC / ST candidates, there should be a relaxation of
minimum 60% marks (total marks of all semesters), 50% (total marks of
all semesters) of the candidates. Class pass in professional
qualification. An additional degree in law will be an added advantage

Job Description: Overall in charge of HR and legal functions. Human
resources policies, interaction with social legislations include
familiarization with the RTI Act / matters and its implementation.
Handling of complaints at the company level and complaints forwarded by
the appropriate government. Responsible for employee life cycle tasks -
recruitment / induction / placement / training and development /
promotion / supernation. Exposure to handle legal matters related to
service matters and other techno-commercial matters. Coordinate with
Corporate HR for supporting matters and other HR related issues.
Compliance with the statutory and non-statutory requirements of the
subsidiary. Taking care of disciplinary matters / domestic or
departmental inquiries. Confident organizer with excellent communication
and analytical skills, quality of privacy, ability to manage conflict
management at the workplace.
Age: Upper age limit (as on 01.02.2020) 47 years / 42 years

general, EWS and OBC (which includes application fee and processing fee
as Rs.250 / -) drawn in favor of HMT. . (International) Limited, at any
scheduled bank payable at Bengaluru, to be attached with the prescribed
application. No other mode of payment is acceptable. Candidates are
advised to write their name and address on the reverse side of the

States of affairs:
1. Only Indian citizens are required to apply.
2.
Incomplete applications or applications not made in the prescribed
format will be rejected and no correspondence in this regard will be
entertained.
3. Candidates who meet the above criteria of qualification need only experience.
4.
Candidates who have already applied for the above post (s) against our
earlier advertisement or have applied for any equivalent post in HMT
(Inteational) Limited. Or any of its assistants are not required to
apply during the last one year from the date of this recruitment
notification and their application will be summarily rejected.

Wherever a CGPA / OGPA or letter grade is awarded in the qualifying
degree, its equivalent percentage marks should be indicated in the
application form as per the criteria adopted by the university /
institute. Please attach a supporting document to this effect from the
University / Institute.

If any of the information provided by the candidate is found to be
incorrect or does not conform to the eligibility criteria mentioned in
the advertisement, the same will be liable for rejection at any stage of
the selection process or even after appointment.
7.
One may be disqualified from bringing political or other external
influence on behalf of candidates or in relation to selection or
appointment.
8. Applicants
serving in the following departments / public sector enterprises /
semi-government departments. Organizations should apply through the
appropriate channel or produce a No Objection Certificate at the time of
interview, failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the
interview and no TA will be payable.

Basic documents / certificates / certificates in proof of age (only
SSLC / SSC / 10th class board certificate will be accepted as proof of

listed eligible candidates will be called for interview. The external
candidates called for interview are 2tier AC / AC chair car (for
candidates applying for the post of Grade PS PS VI and above) and 3tier
AC / AC chair car (for the candidate applying for the post in 9 PS )

Appointment of selected candidates is subject to verification of Caste
and Character and Antecedents and previous employment, as the case may
be, from the Contingent Officers as per company rules.

The company shall not be responsible for any loss / injury / loss to
any person if sustained throughout the entire selection process and Joy.

Management reserves the right to cancel the subject notification
portion or the entire recruitment / selection process at its discretion.
Management also reserves the right to absorb selected candidates on the
basis of experience and qualification as per the requirement of the
company, at its discretion. There will be no correspondence with

14. Management will not be responsible for late receipt / non-receipt of applications.

The selected candidate must indicate to accept the offer within one
week from the receipt of the offer, if not, it will be offered to the
next candidate in the order of merit. However, the competent authority
may grant extension of time from time to time on case to case basis.

The list of short listed candidates is valid only for one year from the
date of interview. Appointment / offer letter will be issued for the
appointment of candidates as a vacancy.
19.
The number of vacancies notified may increase / decrease at the
discretion of the company and the decision of the management regarding
the selection will be final.
20.
The company reserves the right to cancel / enhance the recruitment
process and / or the selection process without any further notice and
without assigning any reason.
21.
Placement will be on a permanent basis with a probation period of one
year (which may be extended if performance is not found satisfactory).
The candidates are required to execute the service bond with the agreed
consent to serve the company for the duration including the required
bond.
