Indian Ports Association Executive Director Recruitment 2020 Qualification Details:

1. Job Title: Executive Director

2. Number of posts 01

3. Extendable by tenure 03 (three) years 02 (two) years

4. Appointment deputation / transfer / direct recruitment

5. Pay scale Rs. 65,000 - 75,000 in case of deputation / transfer and Rs. 2.0 - 2.5 lakh PM in case of contract and rent for incomplete family accommodation and official purpose.

6. Qualification: Candidate should have B.Tech/CA/ICWAI/MBA from recognized university / institute regarding direct recruitment

7. Officers holding positions in the pay scale of Ports Officers / Government Officers / CPSE Executive Officers: i. Rupees. 51,300 - 73,000 (IDA) Post 01.01.07 or; ii. Salary Level 14: Rs. 144,200 - Rs. 218,200 (CDA) (Revised 01.01.2016) Old Pay Scale: Rs. 37,400 - 67,000 + GP 10000 (CDA) The minimum period of service required in the eligible scale will be three years as on the date of advertisement. Officer / CPSE Officer Applicant should have served at least five years in the grade of HOD with sufficient experience in Industrial Relations, HRD and Project Management with or above five years of experience in Category 'A' post or Major Ports or above in CPSE. Will be eligible for consideration on deputation basis. Port Officer / CPSE Executive Officer working in Major Port Trust / CPSE who are eligible for consideration for this post who should send their applications through proper channel as per para above.
